Standard items: 14-day right of return
For non-bespoke standard items (for example, an unopened print in a standard size) you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 . The item must be returned in a resalable condition.
Bespoke and custom-colour prints
Prints that you have recoloured or otherwise customised are made to your specification. These are excluded from the standard cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(b) of those Regulations . This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or arrives damaged (see below).
Damaged in transit or faulty
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please report it within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue, emailed to hello@artsource.store.
How to start a return
- Email hello@artsource.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible and send return instructions .
- Return the item as instructed, keeping proof of postage.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned item .
